Amy's loves spending time with her two children, taking part in reformer pilates and weekend trips to Wales.
Daniel co-founded Blue Diamond Recruitment with Amy in March 2025, building the business around a name that carries on his father’s legacy following his passing in 2024.
With a strong network of professionals and a proven track record within the recruitment industry, Dan is proud of the reputation he has built through honest advice, personal service and long-term relationships. He is passionate about understanding both his clients’ and candidates’ needs, taking the time to find the right fit rather than simply filling a vacancy.
As a family-run business, Dan is committed to maintaining the personal approach that Blue Diamond Recruitment was built on, while continuing to grow the business through recommendations, trusted relationships and delivering results for the people and businesses he works with.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys being a dad and entertaining his two young children, travelling, walking Bonnie and Rosie, playing padel and football. Dan is an avid supporter of Aston Villa and regularly attends matches.
Nelly joined Blue Diamond Recruitment seeking to build a long-term career in the recruitment sector, moving on from a background in compliance. She is currently completing her Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship alongside gaining hands on experience, developing her industry knowledge and building relationships with candidates and clients.
In her spare time, Nelly enjoys listening to music and socialising with friends.
